2026 Califon Street Fair Vendor INFORMATION

VENDOR REGISTRATION FOR THE 2026 STREET FAIR IS NOW CLOSED.

 

THE 12th ANNUAL CALIFON STREET FAIR WILL TAKE PLACE SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11th FROM 11:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.

 

For the 2026 year, the Califon Street Fair will not accept vendors under the following designations: MLM/network marketing, national corporation, politician or political organization/affiliate. We appreciate your understanding.

1. The number of booths available is limited; vendors will be confirmed when all materials submitted are approved.

2. Vendor fees:*
     - Out of Califon Non-Profit Vendors: $25, For-Profit Vendors: $50
     - Califon Non-Profit Vendors: FREE, For-Profit Vendors: $25
     - Food Vendors: $75**
*Fee for attendance will go directly towards the cost of advertising and promoting the fair (this may include, but is not limited to print, digital, and media advertisements). Fees for the 2025 Street Fair vendors will be credited towards 2026. This does not include food vendor temporary license fees.
**Food vendors are responsible for a $75.00 fee for a temporary food license and a $54.00 fee for the cooking permit.

3. Mail checks, payable to "Borough of Califon" with "Street Fair 2026" in memo line to:
     Califon Street Fair Committee

     Califon, NJ 07830

4. A certificate of insurance, naming the Borough of Califon as an additional insured, must accompany this registration form. The certificate must include General Liability with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence. Evidence of workers Compensation with $100,000/$500,000/$100,000 and Automobile Liability should also be provided if applicable. Food vendors must send Health Department information as well.
    -If you do not have insurance, you can purchase crafter/one-day event insurance through companies such as
     ACT Insurance for a reasonable fee (~$50/day)
    -Please upload your proof of insurance at the bottom of this form. You may also email
     chaughey@califonboro.net or fax the Certificate of Insurance to Califon Borough Municipal Offices at 908-
     832-6085

5. Participants will be provided with set-up information (timing, location, parking) approximately a week prior to event date and should be aware of the following:

• Vendors are requested to avoid dismantling displays prior to the end of the event

• Participants must provide their own tables/tents (10x10 or smaller)  

• Electricity will not be provided

• All participants must be registered to participate

• Vendors selling food or drink may be subject to inspection

• Vendors using any form of open flame may be subject to fire inspection/permit

• Sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited without valid license

• Organizers and Califon Borough reserve the right to reject any applicant for any reason

• There is no rain date and no refunds
